Okay I got this idea and it's not going away. There are a number of Asgard and/or Norse Mythos related characters about. Some even children of the Norse Gods. Well Loki was once on the Asgards side though he did play pranks and tricks on them. Eventually he was the one who found Baldr's weakness, perhaps because Baldr and the other Gods was bragging about being unkillable and invincible. Loki went and proved them wrong. Bound by his own son's entrails Loki was tortured by acid venom of a snake. His release is one of the signs of Ragnarok... oh and guess who's free!
Yup Loki is out and about in Midgard and a new generation of Asgards too! So of course it's fitting Loki's nature to test these New Asgardians.
So what I was thinking this version of Loki a bit of Mister Mxyzptlk and transports the New Asgardians/New Norse Gods to a Maze like reality. Puzzles, traps, and of course things they have to fight all while Loki Plays TV game show Host!
Yes you read that right Loki be acting like a gameshow host! So it be something like Survivor like story. Heroes and Villains could be involved only requirement is they are connected to Norse Mythos in some way. After all that what Loki wants to find out. If these new Norse Gods are worthy. Then again given this is Loki we are talking about here who really knows?

Well, considering that this idea was inspired by Magnhild, I suppose it's only right that she be a part of it.

Iron and carbon to make a sword (a sabre or katana) would be her first choice. Failing that, enough carbon to make a single blade-shaped diamond (probably just dagger-sized). If there is only sand or rock where she is, a glass dagger would be good. She may have to make a hilt out of wood from a nearby tree...

I'll try to come up with something.
A tad bit of inside look into my version of Loki. This Loki already escaped bondage after being bound in the Poetic Edda. It been told he would escape and aid the forces of the jötnar, at which time he will encounter the god Heimdallr and the two will slay each other. Right now I play him as not having chosen to aid the Jotnar, he hates the fellow Asgards after all wouldn't you if you been bound to a rock by your son's intestines and tortured? As well as all the other times his life was threatened.. okay he might have done something to earn their anger. Of course he sees what happened in the past in different light than the poems and stories.
He does care about, or at least like, midgard and humanity still. The constant change and how they trick everyone including themselves. In his mind mortals are somewhere between the Ants in an ant farm, and pets. Something to watch, even care for, but accepted they will die fast and he moves on.
Oh yeah he's also a tad bit nuts.

There aren't any locks. Loki wants to see who these New Asgards are, that including temptations and fears. So would one take out others in the dead of night to win? Or are some so afraid they turn the basic cabin into a fortress to protect themselves. Every choice reveals the nature of the person.

Okay as of right now events are forcing me to go off line for about a week or so. Should be back Next Thursday Night. Reason is well moving and the cable ISP provider going to take that long to hook me up. -_- When the Robot Revolution happens I hope they change the cable ISP providers by fiber optics. Anyway I still might hop in via my cell phone.
In the mean time enjoy the natural wildlife, the strangler plants, Raptors, and other little nasties.

I am leaving for vacation early Saturay morning and will be back next Saturday evening/night. I don't know if I will have computer access while I'm gone, so there's a good chance that I am going to disappear for a week.
