Been playing Fallout 76, the hate is undeserved, and one of the little things they dropped from 4 was the ability to color your HUD and Pipboy, which in turn colored your light later.
Just wanted to throw out that I hope we can have at least CoH-level UI customization. It increases the immersion to have your UI match your character I think.

They have hinted at being able to make/replace the entire UI through a modding systems, though being able to just change colors of the standard one should be built in.
My suggestion eons ago but have no idea how it could be done, is to be able to move some or all of the UI to a second monitor. For example, Large map, Team window, League window.
