launcher not launching

got my key, did as instructed, and launcher wont launch.

any known issues? downloaded 3 times, same result

i get nothing...the mouse

i get nothing...the mouse turns to loading circle, then nothing opens.

i posted this, then for shits and giggles try the launcher again, and now it works :)
