There is far too much information for me to sift through at this time, I was wondering if there was a chance for Kinetics in this game. Specifically, Speed Boost?

We have not released information on what power sets we will have. The only advice I have is to expect power sets to provide similar game play experiences (how they work) while not expected them to do the same things necessarily. We are not copying power effects on a power by power basis especially since we will have different mechanics involved.
