Yes, when we got accepted by Kickstarter, we announced that we would 'pull the trigger' and 'go live' on Wednesday, Oct 2. Well, it's already Wednesday in the UK. And so, on the Midnight (Eastern Time) between Tues, Oct 1 and Wed, Oct 2, the Kickstarter will go live.

Anyone who thought the start time was based on GMT hasnt been dealing with companies based in the US very much.
All times are US based and those 'in the future' like the UK, Australia, etc should be aware of this and not get upset about it ("But its Wednesday 02/10 11:10am but I cant see it on the KS site. WAHHHHHH!!!!").
It may help however if all statements about dates/times (releases, beta's, down for maintenance, etc) use the GMT time difference as well so those of us not in the US and dont know the time differences between Central/Eastern and Pacific US time zones and our own time zone can easily work out when "I" will be affected.
IE: at 2am on Tuesday (-7 GMT) the servers will go down for maintenance. To me (in Aus) this means a 16 hr difference so at 6pm Tuesday I wont be able to log in.
Or simply include the local times for multiple countries and those other countries nearby (who often know the time differences of their neighbors) can make the simple adjustment.
IE: At 9pm on Tuesday US Central (2am Wed London, 9am Wed Hong Kong, 11am Wed Sydney, 2pm Wed Auckland) the servers will go down for maintenance.

Something like that if possible. Looks like we have supporters from around the world and not everyone is familiar with US time zones just as some people in the US don't even know what time zone Turkey is in.
Hoping you guys follow in Star Citizen's level of success! :D
It's live.

Hey guys,
fyi, some meta tags for your Kickstarter would be useful to pick up any 'stragglers' that do not know about this game but may be searching for a new MMO. As an example, I searched for mmo and your game did not show up. I could find it no problem because I've been following it for so long but outsiders looking for a new game won't easily find it if they can't use some generic keywords.
Edit: keyword searches such as "mmorpg", "city", "hero", "superhero" and "heroes" will give the desired result but if you search using "mmo", "super hero", "super-hero", "superhuman", "multiplayer", "massively multiplayer online" and "comic book" then you do not see City of Titans project. I know this seems minor but I am assuming you want to reach as wide as audience as possible, mostly those that do NOT frequent these or other forums, and giving them more generic keywords would help.

Maybe update the OP with a link to the actual kickstarter as well?
Y'know... so people don't actually have to search for stuff
