I had initially signed up to contribute $1,000, for the $500 rewards level and then $500 for the Mogul Add-On. However, on the last day I upped that $1,040 to be able to include the Kickstarter Edition Phoenix Pet ($30) as well as the Music to Save/Harm Citizens By ($10). I didn't wait until the last minute, it was the morning of 11/03/2013. Unfortunately, when it ended, it seems to have forgotten about my extra $40, which rather irked me, as it had originally confirmed my increased donation amount.
I reported this to Downix, who confirmed that I was not the only one this happened to, and that they were going to try to resolve this issue with Kickstarter/Amazon. Did anyone else here experience this issue?

Other than checking the credit card statement (mine shows the correct amount), and noting the pledge level on the KS site, how can we check how much our pledge was over the pledge level? I upped mine the morning of the 3d, also, but when it hit my credit card in the right amount I figured all was well. Seeing this thread though, made me think double checking might be a Good Idea(tm).

I didn't even know there was a pet. Never knew it was an option. I signed up for the 1000$ also. Is it too late for the pet?

It's obviously too late for the "Kickstarter" Pet. But the Rednames have already said they plan to offer new ways to fund CoT which'll probably allow new ways to get many of the things the Kickstarter offered. They might end up offering the same "Pet" again under a new name or a different cost to reflect that it's different from the Kickstarter version.

It may not be very complicated, but that's pretty much the right way to do it. In the Thanks To You email, it'll say "Amount Pledged" and "Reward:" and if those match, you're golden.
At All Your Base or better, the $500 entry, you get the pet for free. So hey, congrats!

We're still working on it. We hope to resolve the mis-backings by the time we get the automated rewards claim web applet running. The holidays put a crimp on getting that all in place.

To summarize: You can get the password from http://perks.cityoftitans.com/; your total credit should be {total amount pledged}-{cost of your pledge level]+{cost of the perks that come with your pledge level}; you don't have to get the perks specified if you'd rather spend the credit on something else; you'll need to enter your correct shipping address if anything you order is physical; and I recommend setting your correct address as primary and deleting the default address while you're thinking about it. Oh, and the address KSPerks@cityoftitans.com can be used to report problems. Good luck!

No, I didn't mean how are the normal Kickstarter rewards coming along, I meant my specific issue here, which I mentioned at the top of this thread. I'm still waiting for that to be resolved so that those dollars are added to my Kickstarter rewards before I go and claim them.
