Not bad at all. Not sure about the "OF" being so different, the cityscape would be better off a touch more visible, and the glow around the lightning is a bit overdone, but good concept.

I like the red and blue because it reminds me of CoH and CoV so maybe something that ties into the vs. nature with color or style perhaps.

Nice work. Like the look. It has a good vibe to it.
As a rule, when you do a logo/brand make sure you post both the finished use prototype - and a mono color flat. Something might look awesome when decked up in a prototype but when used on stationary or a box or on a different background - it looses the power. Nice to have a black and white to compare it with.
