The current plan is not to have sets like "Tech" or "Fire", etc.
Instead you will chose something like Ranged Set 1 which is a Ranged DoT set. You chose from multiple animation how you want to use your powers. For example:
- Laser Gun
- Palm of hand
- Floating crystal ball near your head
- Wand
- Eyes
- Shoulder-mounted rocket launchers
- Etc (whatever options the game has available)

You can chose different options for each power so assuming there are 8 powers per set you could chose a different "point of origin" for each (2 from a laser gun, 1 from your eyes, 3 from the shoulder launchers and 2 from a floating crystal).
