I would love to see something like a hunting / killing spree event/mechanic into the game. I was thinking about when you get a kill you have 10 seconds to kill another enemy and 10 more seconds to kill another, when you get the triple kill you get something like super speed or super jump for 5 seconds or something . ( Doesn't apply to NPC's )

What happens if you don't kill in ten seconds? Could be a good arena game.
Tabula Rasa had something like this, where for each kill that you get in a certain period of time, your XP multiplier would increase. Now this was possible in Tabula Rasa because the combat was fairly fluid and "twitchy" so that if you wanted to keep the bonus up and running, you had to rush between the mobs to keep it going.
Now in CoX, something like this would have been a bad move, because only certain classes would be able to actually achieve this solo (although in groups, it could be easily achievable).
And 10 seconds, although it seems like a long time, in CoX that was probably 3 or 4 attacks TOPS
Wildstar does something similar (although it is more of a meta achievement) and once again, it works because not only is combat fairly fast, most of your attacks are AOE orientated as well (although there are moves that will affect a single target, most of the damaging attacks are AOE in effect).
Mayhem missions operated on this principle. They were timed and, by engaging in or stopping crimes, as well as random destruction (at least prior to robbing the bank, IIRC) the time could be extended.
