Hero 911
When citizens need help, they call for a hero, when heroes need help, they call for us!
In City of Heroes, I played as Beta-1 Rescue, and founded a group (that was often just me) called The Hollows Search and Rescue Squad which was inspired by the Taxi Bots, but took a more pro-active role in The Hallows, as its difficulty level was so often disproportionate to the hero levels that ventured there. I was an elec/shields defender with fly, teleport, and healing gadgets. I'd fly around The Hallows, looking for people in trouble (especially around the river fighting trolls, and in the deep chasms, where people got trapped), and then I'd swoop down, start popping off level 50 shields, stunning villains with electricity (allowing lowbies to defeat them easily to get their quest completion) and healing people with gadgets. It was some of the most fun I ever had.
I want to do this again. Those of us here already are most likely going to be jumping in to Titan city from beta. That means that we'll most likely be reaching high levels early, and be well-equipped to handle this. Let's show people the spirit of Paragon City by making this (much like COH) a game where instead of feeling like "pathetic newbs" new players feel like welcome new neighbors, with people around to help them out if they need it.
Once we get going, there will most likely be character requirements; particularly, powersets that can aid other players (teleporting, healing, buffing etc.) and probably a level requirement (obviously won't be needed the first several months the game is going). We will also be using "team colors." We're not sure how costumes, costume slots, team colors/team uniforms will work, so nothing's set in stone, but at the very least, members will most likely be expected to wear white and red while on-duty during team functions.
I'm taking sign-ups now for those willing.
Reminds me of a Group I was involved in called Tech Support. Using tech and science the assist Heroes. Medical, research, and even designing and making equipment for them.

Personal rules of good roleplay
1.) Nothing goes as planned.
2.) If it goes as planned it's not good RP
I'd love to join, sounds really cool. :)
This sounds like a fun thing for my hero character to take part of
