Hey so I've been kicking an idea for a villain character, the main thing about him? While he can't really cast magic himself, he has learned the ability to make his own magical artifacts and machines by combining engineering with ripping apart different magical items and then refitting them for his own ends. His main weapon would be a wand that's been snapped in half and then grafted onto a gun trigger and barrel loaded with different magical energies to cast different spells along with a variety of grenades that cast one shot spells when they explode. I don't know what to call him or what his backstory would be. I do know what personality to give him and I know his goal is to act as a black marketer, selling his machines and stealing magical artifacts for parts for his machines, but I don't know his name or how he became the person that he is. Any Ideas?
