Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.
To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.
Yes we have, just not so much publicly. There will be ways to engage 1 vs 1. And with time, including pvp scenarios dressed up to fit within the genre of this game. A bank robbery could be a capture-the-flag-type scenario, it could be guard-the-objective, or a combination of both! These can be 1 on 1 or team on team. Though to be honest, most scenarios would probably lend itself to team on team for greater enjoyment.
We recognize such scenarios are not only wanted by many those who enjoy pvp, but necessary for heaving a healthy pvp community. Having these, and game-designed ladder matches, set up like in-game sporting events, and even having non-combat oriented pvp, like actual sport-like games, from races of all sorts, to other possibilities like a Big Red Ball match.
And less I be negeligent, there will be open pvp as well. Hopefully we can set this up in a way that prevents a level 50 ganking a level 1 ad nauseam, Though there have been those who want to set it up that way, I'm not a proponent of that course. I lean more toward open pvp with certain rails to provide for new entry at any level of the game and growth of the pvp community.
But instead of us saying, here is what is, posit some suggestions on the type of pvp you'd like to see. You never know, there may be types of pvp matches we have missed.
I don't use a nerf bat, I have a magic crowbar!

Ganking is a thing that concerns me/ Thats why I have never played PvP.
I will have a choice about PvP won't I? I can do PvE, or just occasionally enter a team event, right?
Nevermind. I just read a Kickstarter announcement about PvP will never be forced on anyone.
My PvP interests are more limited to smaller scenarios like this.
