So one thing in CO that drives me nuts is that you can only send out ONE supergroup email per 24 hours. And when it sends it, it goes out to each toon. One of my sisters has roughly 20 alts in the group. So she just gets hit with this huge email bomb. Would be great if SG emails go to the handle in the group. Not the toons themselves. And be great to not be limited to only 1 per 24 hour period. Cause sometimes ya send out an email. And then later in the day or even a few hours later you realize there was some more important news that you wanted to say or maybe the first email you sent out just hit its character max and so you didn't get to finish your sg news there. Ya wanna be able to send it out quickly. I've sent out emails late at night. And realize I forgot something but now I have to wait till late night the following day. And it might be something I need everyone to know for the following day. So just be great to not have a limit of SG emails in a day and not have it sent to each toon you own in the SG. Should just get one sent to your handle.

What I find worse about CO's mail is that it all goes into one mailbox, and the system generated mails often don't tell which character they're for. A request for help from a GM gets replied to, and I have to think back to figure out which character had a problem. Items get sold in the auction house, and I may not have a clue about which character now has extra resources.
So if you do have a single account-wide mailbox for each player, please make sure that if a message pertains to a single character, it has that character's name on it. More of a problem for us Altoholics, than people with only a few characters, I admit...
(Don't worry, Ellysyn. I know which of my characters the Justice Girls mail is for ^_^)
