My husband created an account to talk on the forums and to see whats going on with the game we are both excited to see this come together as Cox was our first mmo together. He logged in once and now is unable and it says that he is blocked could you look into this please.

now hes trying to change his old password to a new one but its not recognizing his old password is there any way to give him a clean slate or cancel it so he can make a new one using his same login?
I sent Gauntlet on his email a new password for a reset.

yes tyvm he got it and reset his pw and now can get on but unable to post he is getting an 404 error when he tries
