Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

First Person vs. Third person a Gamer's view.

In City of heroes I played a Brute. Was a blast seeing my character pulling of moves and uppercutting someone into the next time zone. Of course I played third person perspective enjoying the action.

Dues Ex: human revolution. You would think someone who played a Brute would play like a brute. However somehow in Dues Ex I used first person... my style changed I was sneaky. Attacking with stealth choosing up close and personal moves like a ninja.

Now playing a Modded Skyrim it dawned on me I was once again playing with first person and choosing a stealth style. What change my game play? Is it that from a first person perspective I like the sneak approach, and the third I like the SHOW?

Thinking about it, it dawns on me. CoH did allow you to zoom in to the first person, but it was designed for the Third. The other two just the opposite. Yes you can do the third perspective, but the game flow was better for me in first. Weapon aiming, judging distance was all easier in the first.

It would be interesting to see once City of Titans goes live if I return to my Brutish ways. Or I develop a new gaming style for our new home.

How about you? Have you notice you choose one style for one type of game, but another opposite for another? What style would you like to see in CoT? Would you like the option of playing in the First Person perspective, or keep a third person camera view?

Personal rules of good roleplay
1.) Nothing goes as planned.
2.) If it goes as planned it's not good RP

I can see a time when we will

I can see a time when we will have headsets and glove controls, just look at the Oculus Rift. I myself can see a time when you have something like a Wii Matt, hand/glove controllers at a headset and be in there in your own room etc.

Me, I am disabled, so it might be a bit to energetic for me, and I prefer the old 3rd person, but can see some people who would just love this kind of thing.
