BREAKING NEWS
Yesterday a raid by the TCPD on the abandoned ruins of an old hotel where the villain Feartopia have been rumored to be operating out of. After which a firefight between the TCPD and Feartopia's soldiers ensued. Once the “soldiers” were taken out by the police, one of Feartopia's henchmen reportedly surrendered to the police. Rocking back and forth, muttering incoherent babbling.
The officers brought this man in. The initial interrogation was fruitless to much of the police's distress, as the man seemed to be broken mentally.
An hour after the first failed interrogation, the man started to speak. What you are about to see is from a camera and recording device located in the interrogation room. The police has insisted that the man's real name be hidden from the public.
Man: “My mind...My mind is starting to feel less. F***. Is anyone there, hello?”
(A policeman rushes through a door shortly followed by policewoman. They close the door and sit across from the man)
Officer Cindy: Hello, may name is Cindy and this here is Richards. So what's yours?
Man: P90.
Both officers look at each other in confusion.
Officer Richards: Sir...Please. Your real name if you wouldn't mind.
(The man seems to have actual trouble remembering his name as he starts grasping his head in pain.)
Man: I remember, my first name being. Uhhhm? ******? Ugh! I can't remember my last name, it's just blank space
Officer Richards: Thank you ******. Now tell me? Why did you say P90?
Man: That's what we all are, we are all just weapons for *shivers* him. One of the other soilders asked him once, after injecting her with some sort of fluids for asking him, he proclaimed to all of us that “He needs tools, not humans".
(After he says this, he closes his eyes sighs with sadness mixed in.)
Man: Could barley hear him over the screams...
Officer Richards: I assume the man you are speaking about is-
Man: The man known as Feartopia...Yes.
Officer Richards: The biggest question I have is this. I was there, I was apart of the raid. Feartopia's soldiers were. How were they so accurate with their shots?
(The policeman parts his hair covering his ear to reveal that his ear is bandaged up.)
Officer Richards: I didn't get this through an ear piercing accident. Okay, get this, I got this when I was running into cover, dust in the air, in dim light. Yet they managed to get that shot off, must have been 30 feet away! A few more inches to the left and I would have died. F**k they were strong too, I saw one man, I swear he punched straight through a wall knocked one of our men out cold.
Man: I don't quite understand it myself. I remember dread. Just complete terror covering me. But, god its hard to explain. But this, terror was driving me.
Officer Cindy: Could it possibly have been adrenaline caused through fear?
Man: Yeah, it might be. I don't know, just kinda felt like my movements WERE my own. But with some invisible force helping me move. You know?
Officer Cindy: I see. Do you know why Feartopia sent you there in the first place? We flipped that building upside down and found nothing of value. No money. Weapons. Tech. Or chemicals. Just rubble.
Man: No, we were just told to stay there and defend the building to the death. There must have been some sort of reason, there just had to be.
Officer Richards: There wasn't a stone unturned, I guarantee you.
Officer Cindy: He sent several of his own men down there just to die? Jesus christ.
Man: No, there had to be...
Officer Cindy: Why did you agree to something horrible like that?
Man: I...I just need...Oh god, my head feels like its cracking open. I was just so scared!
Officer Cindy: Well that is understandable, you were being forced to work with such a terrible-
Man: No-no-no. It wasn't just that I was scared for my life. It was. Like. As if every phobia was attached to me. Moving me. Making me avoid a door because I was actually AFRAID of that door. I could barely stand to look at it!
(He then starts to break down laughing with hands covering his face.)
Man: Who ever heard of Doorphobea!
The officers look at each other with a worried look on their face.
Man: I am not afraid of what he will do to me. Even now. I am afraid. Just afraid. Afraid of...
The man jumps out of his seat and presses his back against the wall behind him. His face horrified darting back and forth between the two police officers in front of him.
Officer Cindy: ******? Whats wrong! Calm down...Calm down!
Man: G-g-get...GET AWAY!
(The man rushes the officers and attacks them with surprising strength and focus. His cuffs fall off of his hands, allowing him to attack unbound. Catching them off guard, he knocks them both out after a short struggle. Then stealing both their pistols and blowing out the one way window. After that he jumps through the broken window as more gun fire is heard in the distant through the recording device.)
The video ends there. The man was eventually shot down by the TCPD outside of the precinct after wounding 3 officers and killing 1, as well as leaving the precinct in shambles. If you ever obtain any information about the whereabouts or any other information about Feartopia and Feartopia's self proclaimed “soldiers” please call the number listed below.
Yesterday
A hooded figure is in a bar near the precinct. He pays for his drink before walking out. A little while after he does, some gunshots are heard in the distance. He enters a black car. He opens a cellphone and begins the speak
???: Information destroyed?
Officer Richards: He-
The mysterious man interupts Richards
???: Remeber, don't use my name. Someone might be listening.
Officer Richards: H-he destroyed them. Now give me the danm cure!
???: It's already at your house. Under your bed. Black box. If you don't destroy this cellphone right after this conversation, you know what will happen.
Officer Richards: Understood...
The stranger hangs up after that. Afterwards, the stranger calls someone else.
???: Desert Eagle, once he gets to his house, make sure you use non-lethal force. I may be out of range to control you directly, but if you do this, I will change your fear to something less...undesirable.
Desert Eagle: Yes...I...have to do this. Feartopia
Feartopia: Good, inform me when the task is done. I will keep my word.
Desert Eagle: Before you go. Sir. What are you going to do with his daughter?
Feartopia: Hmhm. She will survive. She may be a little more cautious for the rest of her life. But I didn't trigger any fear that she may run into constantly. Don't worry yourself about it.
I will probably release more information about him. Planning to make 3 more posts about him in a chapters format. But for now this is what I got. I wont be giving this treatment to any other hero or villain I plan on making, reason why I am doing this is because I enjoy this villain the most. By the way this was my character in a nut shell in CoX. But his name was bad, and I wasn't that good at creating characters back then. In fact I may have been god awful. A little better now. Unless I missed something, all chapters should explain pretty much everything about Feartopia. The next chapter might come in a few days, maybe even tomorrow, don't want to lay them all out there right away.
