Some quick info on Sin and Shepherd I was giving someone in a pm. Sin much like Shepherd is an immortal spiritual being, though believed to be twins, Sin is the original immortal used as the blue print for Shepherd and other immortals like him. He is very ancient and his earth was destroyed eons ago. Right now he doesn't remember who he is so that knowledge is locked with in his brain. No body else knows the truth of his origin. Eventhough there is an original version of Shepherd named Gideon in another reality this Shepherd is one that had been created when Sin traveled to the Universe Paragon City was from. The magical energies had split him into 2 different entities. one hero one villain.

Just to clarify, the feline assassin who is communicating telepathically with Sin Reaper is just sending and receiving, but is not "intruding" or "inside his head" at this point. It certainly may be disorienting, and may make Sin wonder what she can do, but there should be no real feeling of having his mind invaded. She doesn't want to freak him out or provoke him, in case he or an associate is a powerful telepath.
Player-wise, I work under the assumption that actual mind probing or telepathic coercion/control is like combat and has to be written with that same style of, "Kiwishta tries to stab the thug's olfactory synapses, making him choke on the overwhelming stench of rotting cabbage," or something like that where the target's player or GM can determine the actual success, failure, and outcome of the attempt. :)

Shane, through established Titan criminal channels, would put it on the market that he could be found at 'Famous Rays'. He is holding super processes from 'Troll Juice' to 'Young Hero (which may or may not mature beyond Lvl5 Hero level at guaranteed mutations in six years) to 'The Star Rig' (Guaranteed to make 44% of subjects superhuman and kill the rest.)
Rates correspond with quality. The message implied an agent would be welcome.
Limitless power.
No idea what to do with it.
