Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Do Super Groups HAVE to wear the same colors?

Only a few in the comics do so. Most super groups have 100% individual costumes.
I would like to have a choice: colors or not. maybe set that choice when the group is first founded.

seriously, neither the Avengers nor the Justice League have enforced colors.

In CoH it was optional to wear the SG colors, so I imagine it would hopefully be the same in CoT. I turned mine off/on depending on the situation. Mostly turned them on for events. It was nice to spot my SG mates in a crowd in the ski chalet or running around trick or treating. I think this is one of those "If it ain't broke don't fix it" things.

Edit because I just remembered: I liked how you could select which costume pieces were affected by SG colors. I remember on some characters I would allow it just for things like boots and gloves.

In regards to SG colors the way it worked in CoH is the best way to do it imo, it gives a very easy way to "supply" a unified color-scheme but doesn't force it upon anyone. Personally though I would like to have it extended so the SG can also set a "clothing style" for members to use, with possibility for slight variations.

I agree. Something like a SG uniform creator where there could be a mannikin representing an average character. Put a costume on it consisting of the basic clothing parts: headgear, chest, shoulders, gloves, belt, legs, shoes, and especially an emblem and a cape. So that way, everyone in the supergroup has the option of wearing one or more of those items.

It would be great if joining a SG automatically gave you an additional costume change. That way you could have a costume just for SG colors/uniforms. And if there are people who do not want to wear any of the uniform parts, they could just use the SG colors instead. Besides, an additional costume slot would be a nice incentive for people to join a SG even if they have no intention of using it to wear SG colors or uniform pieces.

I like to take your ideas and supersize them. This isn't criticism, it is flattery. I come with nothing but good will and a spirit of team-building. If you take what I write any other way, that is probably just because I wasn't very clear.

Should be optional, but I'd like the option of more than two colors. Most sports teams have two colors and white/black :p

Some groups enforced a costume design that was "required" for events. Where all the options were stored was their website. Having all that info stored in game would be handy. Having an extra slot for SG themed costume would be quite handy. Depending on the characters body design (mechanical arms and what not) this could result in some problems. But perhaps you could have checks next to each item in the SG window to weed out parts that would clash/cause problems.

If you look at my forum

If you look at my forum avatar, you'll see that Redlynne's color scheme was "red lines (stripes) on black" and it just so happened that I joined a Super Group where the SG colors were ... red on white. To say that my costumes looked HIDEOUS (and even worse, STUPID) in white rather than in black would be something of an understatement. Took away that whole "dark vibe" thing I had going for my "heroic" character.

The problem is that you're not going to find a One Size Fits All solution for this kind of thing. It's kind of like how Batman should never wear Radioactive Hot Pink ... it just doesn't fit his character (or his color scheme).

I think it's probably best to just leave the policing of the SG costumes to the SGs themselves. I never liked the SG color thing in CoH and I could see just getting rid of that entirely. I had a toon in Fusion Force, and they had a pretty specific design they wanted, down to having a webpage that told you how to do it, etc. I'm fine with that, and think it comes out looking better if you leave the costuming to the costume tool entirely.
