I like the fact that there is a "Contact Us" button always visible. Well, almost always. If I use the scroll bar on the side I can find a spot where the one in the cityscape is just above the top of my screen, but the one on the upper left that doesn't scroll hasn't faded in yet. ^_^

Currently trapped inside the Speed Force...
Looks very nice - simple and clean. Just two minor suggestions;
1) Perhaps there should be a very minor white stroke/outline around the missing worlds logo (or something similar) - just so it "pops" a bit more off of the background image.
2) Should there be a more formal link to this website and/or the kickstarter page so that there is a more direct route to information for City of Titans? Or are you waiting until you have something more substantial to show off (i.e. further along in development) before doing so?
I like the art on the MWM website way more than the City of Titans logo on this website. I think you should use that type of colored-in sketchbook style here too. For one thing it's more bright cheery than the "brushed steel cutout" thing we have now and for another it's just more visually appealing overall, to me.

The corporate website has been the same design since late 2012, and was done in a hurry. It needed a major update. Now thats done, can turn our attentions here.

You may want to update your page title, metadata, and other viable registries so that you can increase your passive page links and search engine optimization. How soon will you need security certificates for payment etc? Lastly I don't see an active analytic software attached.. You'll want this data. I recommend trying http://piwik.org.
Are you planning to try to secure your images from download/theft? I'm assuming you're sending your submissions to the Library of Congress to copyright patent most of it but there's always the chance someone is not yet so I thought it a good idea to protect your IP
