Hopefully, Harriet won't get offed before the game even launches. That would be- for lack of a better word- awkward as hell. By the way, does anyone know where I can find some images of the heroes and villains mentioned? I just need, like, a depository or compilation of all these awesome concepts so I know what I'm visualizing here. If no concept art is released yet, I understand.

I should point out that there's something revealed in this update _about_ our Harriet.

There's lots revealed about her. Not married (except maybe to the job), no children, needs (in the opinion of her teammates) to have more fun, can have the gauntlet on and not realize it...
What caught my eye was that she doesn't drink alcohol. I know of Marines who don't drink, but mostly because they were too young to drink legally, or they got into problems with alcohol. There are exceptions, of course. ^_^

Really good update! Glad to see these characters in a very laid-back, humanized light instead of all heroics. I feel like there's not enough of that in games. Also good to see the dynamic of Tarot and get a bit of info on them. :D

To the best of anyone's awareness, Anthem is straight. On the other hand, it'd take a heck of a person to keep up a relationship with her. Maybe one day she'll find that special someone.
City of Titans has characters of all orientations and genders, and welcomes them from the side of players as well.
(Honestly, I can't wait for some very special stuff I have in the back of my head to get approved through Composition.)

Perhaps the most interesting aspect of this story, so far, is that it shows us that it is quite normal for superheroes to have families.
This does assume that the Paragons are a typical example of a (hero) supergroup, but I believe that is a safe assumption to make. At least to the extent that one can apply the word "typical" to superheroes.

Hmmm... i just watched an [url=http://www.hulu.com/watch/723917]episode[/url] from that TV show Forever.. and after i saw it, i went to the comments at the bottom of the page. One person noted (Marie J. King) how s/he figured out who really Done it! (its a Murder Mystery crime solving show BTW). :)
It feels like the Lore was taking the same approach this time. Its Obvious on subsequent review(s), but not on the 1st viewing / reading. ;)
I tried for about 5 episodes to get into Forever. I thought the idea of an immortal guy was pretty cool but it just couldn't hold my interest. Too much like Elementary.

I love the acknowledgement that Anthem, even with her Armor on, still takes off her makeup. Symbolism of saying "I'm still a hero even if I'm not putting on my public face". I feel there's a lot of pressure for female heroes to be "attractive" and it's good to know that when Anthem goes home she can take of BOTH masks.

And dont forget that she herself doesnt think shes worthy.. not so much not being worthy to use the Gauntlet, but what it entails to be wearing it... because of who wore it before her.
