I would have liked to hear the Question and Answer part of that panel. I enjoyed it now that it's not sideways.

I found that quite interesting to watch, and I find myself anticipating the game more with each snippet of information that comes out.
Hearing the Q&A would have been nice. One other suggestion also: there were many times when the presenters referred to the slides, but only occasionally did the camera show them. As nice as it is to see the smiling faces of the MWM team members, I would have liked to have seen more of the visual aids.

As far as the slides are concerned, I'd think it would be fairly trivial to put them up in a post or to make them available as a PDF (or the like). In this case, at least, I don't think we missed much.

I suppose in game advertising is ok....if it's not takin overboard. I am assuming we are talking advertising in the form of billboards in game and am assuming we are not talking about advertisements autospammin the various chat channels themselves. going on the assumption of the billboard route, please keep em under some kind of control...not wanting to see one on every single building... if anything, I would have a limited number of billboards that 'share' their space by a rotation between the various advertisements on a predetermined rate...say once every 5 minutes it shifts to another advertisement. I would also limit the number of advertisements per board...say 3-5.
just my wooden nickel on that bit....
on another note though...could be interesting to see how people make use for personal use....advertisements of supergroups comes to mind right off the bat and would be cool to see. kinda curious to see how that works in regards to submitted art work for the billboards....not to mention kinda curious on the cost.
like many others, the Q&A woulda been nice to see. otherwise, very much appreciated that you all threw up the video for those that were unable attend. :)

So.. I notice the sub model (subject to change of course) did not have micro-subs as an option. Is this because they have been passed on? Also I did not see any loyalty rewards (both for consecutive subscribers and F2P players who spend above certain limits). Finally I'm still curious about the ability to cash store purchases to other players.

It would also help if the advertisements could some how fit the games style. I rather not be flying around and see a bright billboard with some companies logo that does not fit the games art style in any way. It would completely destroy the immersion of the game and it would make me hate whatever the company was selling.
A Commercial house dressed like a theater where you zone inside to watch commercials.
This way we can support the advertisers and CoT without ruining the experience for others.

So excited.
One of the things that made me really happy about all of that was the movement, art style and body models. I know they're not done and I know it was just tiny snippets, but absolutely everything I saw I loved.
Art style, body models, and general movement are really important to me, and hard for me to get past if they're bad. The art style, movement, and body models that were shown were just... spectacular. If this is just the start, I can't wait to see what's to come!
