Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Demo Files

Hello. My first post here :)

I apologize if this has already been covered (where is the search function?), but I got hit with the video capturing bug in CoH. Their text-based demo files made editing and creating mega-fun. Do you have any plans to do something similar?

Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I've seen

I'm pretty sure I've seen someone mention (might have been Zombie Man) that they intend to have all the "hooks" and tools in place to do demo recording in the new game. I think they were working out the details and that the system itself might be fairly different (like with different basic commands and such) but that it would serve the same basic purpose. Good luck with finding more info on this.

We had a bit about that in

We had a bit about that in http://cityoftitans.com/comment/27180#comment-27180 which referred to Unreal Engine support for something like demo recording. chase suggests it might be used for edits, as well, which would rock. If you poke into what the engine is capable of and find out something interesting, I second Lothics suggestion that you share. There are a lot of folks who would probably find it interesting.

It's just where I am"

Thanks for the link :) I'll follow that thread, too. Unfortunately, I am clueless when it comes to game design, though.

I tried looking for the page that had all the demo editing commands and models listed (was it cumulonimbus's site?) but seem to have lost that bookmark. Here is the demo editing guide on CoH wiki, though: http://cityofheroes.wikia.com/wiki/Demo_Editing/Demo_How_To_Info, for some info
