DariusWolfe's Mains

So I've been kicking around the forums for a week or so, reading a bit, commenting a bit, so I figure that this is the best time and way to introduce myself.

Errant: Errant was a Magic Origin Broadsword/Invulnerability Scrapper. I'm looking at probably an Enforcer with Fighting Prowess or Tactical Combat for a primary, and probably Invulnerability as a secondary. Travel power will be teleportation, tertiaries will include magical healing, possibly something else, once we know more.

His backstory is that he's from a magical realm far separated from our world, and a member of an order of mystical knights whose charge is to protect their realm from anyone who would do harm, but especially magical threats. Upon completing their time as a Squire, they undergo a ritual which sends them to where they're needed most; This is called their Errantry, and once they have resolved whatever problem needed their attention (if they do; it is not uncommon for young knights to die on their Errantry) they return home and become full knights of the order. Things didn't go quite right for Errant; Instead of finding himself in some distant land of his own realm, he found himself on Earth; In Paragon (or Titan) City, to be exact. He found a mentor who specializes in magical studies to help acquaint him with the world, and has put his abilities to good use fighting for the citizens of the city.

He uses a broadsword and magically enhanced armor, as well as some healing and teleportation magic; He keeps his hand in with other magic, but these are his specialties.

TNT: A Mutant Origin Invulnerability/Super Strength Tank. Probably going to keep the same sets as a Stalwart; Travel power remains to be seen; TNT used the Athletics PP before it became innate, because superspeed and super jump were both a little too much for the concept; His CO cognate uses Athletics/Acrobatics.

Dyne Midas was born an undersized, underweight, but otherwise exceptionally healthy baby to human parents in Texas. The Midas family were well-off and well thought of in their community, so TNT could have grown up spoiled and popular, but instead he used his exceptional vigor, constitution and strength (though still being a remarkably undersized kid) to stick up for "the little guy" (which is to say, bigger than him, but littler than most). As soon as he was old enough, this cheerful, irrepressible kid took off to the East Coast and bigger, tougher bullies.

His costume started out being cobbled together from whatever he could find, and eventually improved when professional hero tailoring options became available, but still tended toward dark reds.

Fluxion: Tech Origin Defender with Forcefields/Elec. Probably will be a Defender with Barrier Generation and either Atrophic Blast or Psychic Blast with electrical cosmetics; Flight will be his travel power, no idea about tertiaries yet.

Enrique was always a smart kid, and electricity and tech just came naturally to him. He couldn't tell you exactly when the idea took shape, but he was a young man who he donned the first prototype suit that allowed him to create electrical dispersion bubbles, and send arcs of electricity zapping at his targets. From there, it was just tinkering and improving until he finally put it to the test, joining the heroes on the streets protecting his home town. Once he got it working, it didn't take him long to put a certain style to the whole get-up, and winning or losing, Flux always manages to make this hero business look good.

His costume is a dark blue bodysuit with a circuitry theme that conducts the power he wields, and golden powered gauntlets and boots supply the power necessary for his jolting attacks and flight.

Vibrant: Vibrant is a Science Origin Energy/Energy Blaster. Obviously going to be a Ranger with a Force Blast primary; Not super sure how secondaries work for Rangers, though? I kind of thing Support is the default secondary, at least at launch, if I'm reading url=https://cityoftitans.com/comment/129526#comment-129526]this[/url] correctly, so I guess maybe Vampiric Emanation, though ideally I'd go for something like Melee or Assault, whatever that will be. She's another flyer, no idea on tertiaries.

Vibrant was a lab researcher; She remembers that much, but much of the rest is hazy. She's been told her original name and some facts about her past, but none of it really means much to her, since the explosion that leveled the research facility and gave her her powers. She donned the costume and for the most part, that became her whole identity. While she does take some time to keep abreast of the energy research that lead to the accident, and hopes one day to harness the energy for the good of mankind, she largely just uses it to put a beating down on those who disturb the peace and terrorize the people of her city.

Her costume isn't super important; Practical, stylish, and purple, to match the blasts of energy she puts out.

I went through a lot of characters in my time, some stuck, mostly they didn't, but these four were there from the very beginning to the very end.
