I should first point out that I never made my characters fit into the COH universe so he's from New York not Paragon City.

In COH he was a Scrapper with Dark Melee, and Will Power who could fly.

Wrongfully imprisoned for the murder of his own wife, Jim Aims discovered his powers, when he was assaulted by
fellow prisoners. After subduing his assailants, he became afraid and broke out of prison to get away.
Now wanted and homeless, Jim went into hiding. Remembering an abandoned emergency shelter that he had
discovered as a kid, he made it into his home and secret lair. Assisted only by his lawyer Brian Wesley, Jim became Red
Raven, to go after his wife's real murderer. He continued to be Red Raven because he feels that his old life is gone
forever.
As Red Raven he's been the most well known defender of New York for Years but he's had a tumultuous relationship
with the police. Early in his career he was clearly a vigilante but after he took on his sidekick Dark Wing, he toned the
violence down, and began to be seen as a hero. Recently Dark Wing left New York, and in his absence Red Raven has
become more violent again.
Red Raven doesn't kill, but he's left quite a few criminals crippled, or severely traumatized. He often beats or threatens
suspects into talking. Many people aren't quite sure that he doesn't kill, and that just makes it easier to scare punks into
talking.
