Obviously the game is focused on just one city. But lets assume COT is also a comic book world as well.That means west coast teams and everywhere in between.
Big city, small city...where would your hero call his/her crime fighting home?
I'm interested to see how many heroes would cape in the same city, making for double wide team up issues.
*** if your hero capes in a fictional city, at least tell us the state it would be in.
[u][b]Black Falcon[/b] would hang her cape up in Denver, Colorado,[/u] on many weekends you can find her in the mountains, A rich guy she saved made her a set of titanium gauntlet claws so she can fish the cold lakes like an eagle. She LOVES fishing this way, but occasionally misses - taking a dive in the icy waters.

While she'd likely go all over, but as a secret project of Naval Intelligence, now vigilante superhero, I'd consider San Diego or New York. New York has the tall buildings, but a nice motorcycle could go a long way for San Diego. Plus both cities are over a million people, which I think is a good thing for an active super hero.
I would vote for SD.
Its a nicer, prettier city. The people are great and the weather is wonderful!
Not to mention you could parlay your contacts with the Navy into a secret base on a mothballed ship. Diego has a huge mothball fleet you might use.

it would pretty much depend on the background of the character and that character's 'drive' to combat criminals. If said character came from a small town/city I really could see them staying there unless something effectively forced them to leave.
that said, White Peregrine started in Cheyenne, Wyoming but eventually moved to NYC given the higher density of super powered criminals.

lol ok. Lived in Pennsylvania outside of Philly for 6 years. I accept that. I guess Fallout should step up. I live in Michigan comfortably outside of Detroit and Flint ( I think #1 and #3 of the most dangerous cities). May need some help though :)

I picture Little Red Ragnarok to patrol a colder city - maybe it's her viking/nordic theme. In the United States, that would be most likely Chicago. Or, if I wanted to go outside the US, then Dublin or Amsterdam. Dungeon Girl, my freakshow/aeon-tech cyborg would claim Seoul as her protectorate city. For, Candi Jackson, (my first heroine - Illusion/Rad controller / secret agent), I think Paris would be a good city.
