I've read so many posts that say the costume creator will be a teaser aspect with an expected release sometime during or after summer. Of course I understand that this is not a guarantee but a possibility.
Still the fact its a possibility is fantastic.
What I am wondering is if there are any plans to include some power animations? I mean without any hard data on the powers just the animations.
I'm guessing there will be, but i wouldn't know.
I would understand, if in the Beta version of it, they left it out.. just to make it available sooner. :)
'Twould be truly epic if it was released. I assume that given how it's the first part of the game, it should be the first part they finish. I think it's no mere possibility, given that logic- it seems more like a PROBABILITY. (if that makes any sense)

It is still hoped to release a costume creator, but at this time I can't give you an approximate ETA on that delivery.
Everything is subject to change, but when it's ready to be a "definite" and "coming" you can expect a lot of subtle teasing.
Maybe not so subtle. We'll see.
