Okay not sure where to put this. So putting it here.
After watching the latest episode of Extra Credit I got to thinking. As Missing Worlds media moves foreword to a self sustaining company perhaps you could take these steps.
MWM and COT were created from a Community, one reason we love CoH is the feeling of belonging and interaction with the DEVS, the poor Community Management from NCsoft is one reason for our anger.
The next two years will be the hardest to keep the community alive and that be solely on the Community Management shoulders to keep things going. So far MWM done a great job doing this, same with the Titan Forums. Just as we move foreword remember the roots and see if you can give the Community managers a better deal then other companies.

Personal rules of good roleplay
1.) Nothing goes as planned.
2.) If it goes as planned it's not good RP
That's why we have Zombie Man!
Be Well!

That was brilliant! Reminds me a lot of the way training is viewed by most computer system companies: as if training is not a skill in itself and as if anyone can do it (often resulting in their choosing a programmer to do the training, when the fact that little public contact was what drew that programmer to the job in the first place).
Z-Man: let's hope MWM takes this to heart. One bright spot: at least you aren't being paid any less than anyone else at MWM at the moment!
Spurn all ye kindle.
I've overseen the banishment of Love from the forums, so, I think I'm doing an awesome job!!!!!!
