Code of Conduct

Language and Trolling
Our community is family-friendly - vulgar language is not allowed. This constitutes excessive use of any profanity, as well as any racial, ethnic, or gender-based derogatory remarks. Inappropriate language may be removed if found. The user in question will be warned if this occurs.

If it becomes clear that a user has no intention of contributing positively to discussions and combines this with an abrasive, combative attitude, they will be banned. A forum is for constructive discussion and debate - users who are only here to argue are not welcome and will not be tolerated.

Personal Attacks
We wish to promote a positive atmosphere on these forums. We understand that discussions can become heated, however, this is not an excuse for personal attacks or insults. A good discussion remains focused on the issue, and does not equate an opinion with some personal shortcoming. We expect threads to remain respectful of opinion at all times. When the line is crossed, the discussion may be closed by the moderation team. Violators will be warned and potentially banned.

If you feel that you or somebody else has been attacked personally and it has gone unnoticed, please contact one of the moderators. It is not possible for them to read every post on the forums so do not hesitate to help. However, please refrain from repeat messages: trust that they will act on what you have told them.

Moderators and Administrators Have the Final Word
We reserve the right to ban offenders when deemed necessary, with or without prior warning.

We also reserve the right to request editing of content, as well as to approve immediate deletion of posts found to be in violation of any of the guidelines set out within this post.

If you have a legitimate problem or a direct complaint, direct it to the administrators and/or moderators, not to the boards. The appropriate actions will be taken.

If you have something to post and you're not sure which board it belongs in, do not post it in more than one board. If the administrators or moderators think it would fit better in another location, it will be moved there. Duplicate threads only serve to create confusion.
