City of Titans site and forums down for Maintenance: 9 PM EST, Thu, Nov 14, for about 8 hours

City of Titans web site and forums will be taken down for maintenance. The down time is expected to be about 8 hours, though, it could wind up being longer or shorter. The purpose is to do back-end 'stuff' that should help increase the site's performance.

Start time is:

Thursday, Nov 14: 9 PM EST / 8 PM CST / 6 PM PST / Friday, Nov 15: 2:00 AM GMT

No. This is a back-end

No. This is a back-end upgrade (hopefully... it's testing something out).

The front end upgrade is still very soonish.
