So...not too horribly long ago, Batsy proposed to Kitty and she said yes. And recently, DC let slip that the wedding bells will ring in Batman #50. So, in honor of this LONG overdue event (the chemistry between them was extremely obvious even when Adam West was wearing the cowl), I have three things to offer:
1: The CatBat Wedding Song for your perusal (it’s loosely to the general tune of Mendelssohn’s Wedding March),
2: a challenge to expand/improve the song, and
3: a question: as things currently stand, how would one go about creating characters in CoT that are based on or inspired by the lovebirds?

I hope it sticks though :) I can't say I'm a big fan of the Batman comics, but I do love this pairing.
There's something unsettling about Robin having that huge grin on his face watching Batman being protested about being a "single" man...

Yeeeah. It's come to my attention that marriage in comic books is handled much like how deaths are treated. They last for a year or so, maybe more than that if you're lucky until something causes the pair to split up...because comics. I think the only pair (that I know of at least) that are still together is Reed Richards and Sue Storm, especially since their Fantastic Four comic is making a return.

Peter and MJ lasted quite a long time. So did Lois and Clark.
Then they ruined them both. And terribly at that.

Lois and Clark are still married. (According to the Rebirth continuity. Bear in mind that the only thing New52 managed to do was break the entire DC Universe, necessitating Rebirth.) Or did you not know they recently did a double date with Bruce and Selina specifically so Lois could meet her and the girls give the boys a chance to talk out some issues affecting their friendship? Lois and Selina hit it off quite well. Also, Batman Annual #2 very *strongly* suggested that it would be ‘Until death do us part’.
Are you referring to whatever happened with Talia al’Ghul? I’m not really familiar with what’s gone on with Batman other than Adam West, the movies, and Rebirth.

on Earth 2, Bruce and Selina had a daughter named Helena who went on to be come the Huntress, in the main continuity Selina [url=https://arousinggrammar.com/2014/12/25/the-story-of-catwomans-daughter/]has a daughter named Helena[/url], but she isn't Bruce's daughter. I do wonder, with Bruce's attachment to 'family' if he might try to recover her and bring her back into the family. Would be interesting to see how Damien interacts with a younger sister.

JLA #8 shows Bruce and Selina as an older couple worrying about "the boys". If you follow the link in my previous post there is a list of 15 times that Batman has been married, and that is one of them.
