A casual hunt(OCC)

I am going to start a story/roleplay for anyone who would like to get involved. It will be my introduction of a new character named SmokedOuTT into Titan City lore. He is going to be systematically trying to seek revenge on the some 30 people who left him alone after his accident, so naturally some heros may be tasked with protecting/hiding some of them until he can be taken in.

I would leave his information here, but I can't seem to figure out how so for the time being he is just going to be found in the Backstory section of the forums.
