Looks fairly Lovecraftian to me. Although the woman in purple seems pleased with her apparent accomplishment of summoning this Horror to our world my guess this snapshot was taken about 3 seconds before the critter decided to eat her first just because. ;)

I like that the waiter on the right is totally unfazed. Didn't spill a single glass. Doesn't even looked that surprised.
