I think it's a raccoon. The pic seems to be based off of the South Park super hero episodes/game.

The one on the left is Cartman, aka "The Coon."
His power is that he's the leader and has the most franchise options. Also, those claw rings are real and very sharp.
The one on the right is Kenny, aka "Mysterion."
His power is that he can't permanently die. If he's killed, he'll pop back up the next day, but no one will remember him dying. This is because his parents took part in a cthulhu ritual before he was born.
