Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Can we customize the humanlike floating shoulder pets?

Its established that the Commander can customize his minions. Can any player customize his humanoid floating shoulder pets. They are just standard hero models scaled down. I think there should be some player control over what they should look like although limited like the minions.
this would mean wings, Bat, angel, or fairywings, horns and all the fun stuff.
*** wands, pixie dust and all the good stuff

seriously the customization, animation, auras even the human shoulder pets themselves might all be part of the cash shop.

I would think that anything

I would think that anything that's based on the "standard humanoid" male and female body models should eventually be customizable by players. This would include (obviously) PCs, combat minions, non-combat vanity pets, and "shoulder pets" used for power focal points. Basically anything that uses the same male and female body models our PCs will use should be open to some kind of slider/clothing modification.

Now I could completely understand if the customization of anything other than PCs was something that was delayed until after launch. But in the long run I would expect being able to customize anything "humanoid" shaped would be relatively easy (at least easier than anything non-humanoid) so I would hope this becomes an option at some point.

Makes sense. Circe might fly

Makes sense. Circe might fly again.

What might be even More fun, is if the story was written, such that the 'Shoulder Pet' was the main character and the larger body were just a sidekick. *grin*

I've always supported the idea of having a non-combat vanity pet that basically had its own costume slot so that it would be as fully customizable as any PC. This humanoid "pet" would in effect be a "sidekick" that would follow you around and look any way you wanted it to. I see no reason why you couldn't take the concept one step further and RP that the "sidekick" was the actual PC and vice-versa.

if you remember "The Pigeon

if you remember "The Pigeon Man" in the early kickstarter updates. This was a floating starter pet that was also a firing point.
Imagine a little Tinker Bell with a wand that could fire some or all the attacks. give her a pixie dust aura and you have a concept right there.

I would love to use this to bring little Circe to life. Combined with a male Techno-mage, I could recreate my old DnD sorcerer, Sol Thraxis (the name sounded great until people kept asking if he has a sister named Ann...).

adding one last thought.

adding one last thought. Human shoulder pets look easy to make...(I'm not a programmer so I really have no idea). Can we buy these from the cash shop at launch?

Quality of life issue and priorities aside...I would also love to know what can be had in the cash shop at launch too.

They'd have to have a static pose, though.

Almost certainly not at launch.

BTW, what about a doll instead of a human? Those would probably look better scaled down and would seem to have more reusability.

I was thinking more of the Pigeon Man pet/firing point. the bird would never stray far from the player and act as a firing point.
--it would involve some animation, flapping wings, etc.

OK not at launch, thanks for that. Good things are worth the wait. I'll be waiting for the commander as well.

And now with that idea any Red vs Blue fans are thinking of using that to recreate the Sigma hologram...

I do believe the shoulder Pet was the main character and the human was the sidekick is Amerikatts thing!
