[b]Defense:[/b] Bio-Electric Damage Field powered by corrosive energies
[b]Tactics:[/b] straight up assault. Black Falcon will attack the toughest opponent visible. She will ignore all others, absorbing hits without dodging. When the toughest goes down she will turn her attention to the next toughest. By the time the leaders and lieutenants are defeated, all the soldiers are down as well-taken out by her damage shield. Falcon seems to only get stronger the more damage she takes.
[b]Known weaknesses:[/b] None at this time. Hackers report her secret ID was not given to Titan City registrars. Black Falcon is too new for a complete study. Seen most frequently around Phoenix Plaza.
[b]Comments:[/b] Black Falcon is most dangerous close up. Her touch will render inoperable cybernetics. Falcon's black corrosive energies will turn powered armor into brittle glass. Ranged attacks and Psionics are the best weapons against her. Do not engage in close combat.
Edit to add: She will linger in the battleground after the fight. She has a knack for identifying and destroying the most expensive equipment. Falcon sank a Black Rose cargo ship with 18 tons of drugs aboard. Terminate on sight.
[b]Threat Rating: 7 out of 10.[/b] She is a new hero, but her unique abilities make her a growing threat. We have only limited contact but she is moving closer to Black Rose territories as she gains in experience. Terminate on sight.

[b]Tactics: [/b] Sends in summoned minions-all at dev level themselves, while he alters reality to always win
[b]Known weaknesses: [/b]None. If he had any, he literally wrote them out long ago. No weapon or power can affect him. seriously. I had to change my pants twice while writing this review.
[b]Comments: [/b] There is no victory against Doctor Tyche. if you see him do whatever he asks. If NPC villain groups like our Black Rose bother him at all, he will rewrite us into girl scouts selling cookies. Unless you want to sell Black Rose Chocolate Mint cookies on every street corner, fall on your knees when a dev walks by.
