Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.
To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.
There is a fun science bit here: the higher the half-life the higher the current, but the shorter it'll last. So that's a fun trade-off

Yeah this is a cool idea. When I watched the vid I starting thinking about what kind of "cool future stuff" these batteries could be applied to. This lead me to remember the cool "animated fingernails" the character Luv had in the Blade Runner sequel. Notice her thumbnail in particular - she has like a funny little Pokémon-type character on it:

I'll bet with tiny little diamond batteries someone could figure out how to create LED based fingernail decorations like that. ;)

Yeah I'd assume that anything like these animated nails IRL would likely be artificial "press-on" nails that would contain all the super-thin electronics and batteries. The idea that someone would "tattoo" them directly on your nails like the vid shows is a bit far-fetched. ;)
To be perfectly honest I'd expect someone like the Japanese or South Koreans to invent animated nails like that regardless of the "diamond battery" idea within the next 5 or 10 years. It just seems like the kind of "fashion trend" that they'd be likely to come up with.

Strike that, reverse it. The shorter the half-life the higher the current, but the shorter it'll last.

I think of it like a bucket of water with a leak in it. The bigger the leak, the faster the water comes out (and the stronger the flow) but the sooner it will be empty.
