I know this was a subject that was already on F.A.Q.s but I'd like to know where can we express this interest so we can be considered when that time comes.

Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

My guess is that at the very least people who contributed to the Kickstarter will be considered for the early Betas. Beyond that I doubt the Devs themselves will know exactly how that's going to work for at least another 12-18 months.

Yeah - they're not even at the pre-pre-alpha stage. Come back in a year or so - the devs might have an idea then.
Beta for most companies is more of a marketing tool than a development tool. However, Missing Worlds Media is all about the player experience and community, so I would expect a long Beta. The City of Heroes Beta was about six months, which is considered a long Beta. So if everything goes like it's expected it will be around June of 2015. However, the thing about MMOs is they usually take longer than you expect, like writing a novel, or running a marathon, it's best to take it one step at a time.
Don't worry about it to much, like other people have said, we're a long way off from that right now. When we do want people for beta/open signups, you can bet that it will be made known :)

For the sake of not coming out of my skin, I'm rather look forward to additional mock-ups, more detailed sub-system narratives (e.g., combat, power sets, boosters/enhancement, the market, the alignment system) and feature demos (artistic fly-overs, auras, powers, travel, mission maps, etc).
Thinking about beta has indeed got me back to drawing my toons again though!

I believe the goal is to get that out to folks early (i.e., many months prior to beta).
It will be a great way to ramp up anticipation and more importantly promote/advertise the game too.

Given how popular the character creator in COH was, I would fully expect this to draw even more people in.
I'm so pumped! I will gladly wait for this game, though. I have a feeling this game will be perfect.

Guaranteed access to at least some phase of the closed beta was part of all but the $5.00 perk package, so we'll definitely get INTO the beta. The only question is how early.

While I am interested in playing as soon as possible, the scope of making this a great place to play will take time. The more patience we can show to let the developers do a great job, the better we will enjoy the game when we can start playing.

I want to be a beta tester what is qualified in order to become one if its volunteering all I can do is help with graphic's and make Ad's the applications I use is Photoshop, Illustator pro, Painter x3, Pinnacle studio.
