Backer Item Submission Guidelines?

Congratulations on reaching the Launcher phase!

As a new Second Chancer, I was wondering if there was information somewhere about how to submit information for Backer contacts, badges, and props. Clearly the ideas should be in good taste, but I was wondering about specifics like file formats, places to send the information, deadlines, and so forth.

Searches on the forums turned up nothing, hence the question...
