+1 to this... if the forums are not reverting our changes, then the server is getting overloaded at *ANY* time of the day and throwing up the "server too busy" error message, or its loading a badly formatted forum page (as if no CSS is being loaded).

Well, if the "active forum users" thing is accurate, I just had it happen to me... and I was the only active forum user.
