Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.

It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Auto Ignore <Thing>

Since the City was closed, I've played around the game-verse a bit and had a few experiences that were good/bad/indifferent.

One of the 'bad' things is the PvP duelist, or the SG Recruiter, or the PUG Leader who just WILL NOT take 'No' for an answer. It seems every game has a list of things you can toggle to automatically ignore. (Un)fortunately, it's often a short list. (Sometimes a short list is better.) However, most often this list is not actually comprehensive.

"Ignore Duel Requests' is one that seems to be missing, most often.

There have been times when I wished there was a 'Teflon' setting, where even the Emotes of creepy strangers would fail to attach to me.

What sorts of things would You like to be able to toggle or filter off your characters?

Be Well!

The ability to remove channels from my chat tab

Apart from that, there isnt much else really

Quote:

1) I reject your reality.... and substitute my own
2) Not to be used when upset... will void warranty
3) Stoke me a clipper i will be back for dinner
4) I have seen more intelligence from an NPC AI in TR beta, than from most MMO players.

I think, potentially, I could

I think, potentially, I could see there being a lot of them I would want to see, even if I never set them myself. They are handy for resolving differences of opinion that make life easier for more than the person who sets it. For instance, the CoH setting that allowed people who never want SB to autoavoid that effect. That was as much a boon for the Kins that had to deal with such folks as it was for the folks who had to deal with the Kins.

My suggestion for CoT related to this would mainly be that a lot of thought should be put into -how- these options will be set in the game. Just adding a checkbox to an options screen whenever it comes up would be bad. The best would be an interface that allows folks to set something per character or per account and to allow click off buffs in various ways. If they can get an easy-to-use interface (easy to find things, easy to change settings, etc) in place, adding additional options over time will have a much lower cost.
