Not an official comment here. Just my viewpoint.
On first look, this appears to be a Youtube channel with content that has nothing to do with comics or MMO's. In my experience, trademark law does allow uses in different markets as long as one company's use of said trademark will not cause confusion with the public and customers. There are a host of market categories that are applied to trademarks when you file for them, and you are only allowed to use said trademarks within those categories.
An example might be Marvel Saws and Marvel comics. They are completely different industries, and just using the word "Marvel" does not prevent either company from doing business. I suspect that their respective customers will never confuse one for the other. That's the real test to my knowledge.
We'll let the legal guys look that over, though.

The channel was created toward the end of 2011, currently has fewer than 300 views, and ten videos.
I doubt MWM would be the ones who'd have to change the name of their product.

I cringed when I heard the title because I thought it was too close of an implied association with The Titan Network (no offense to anyone belonging both here and there). But I figured the naming was done in a relative hurry and this wasn't my call. You need to pick your battles and this wasn't worth a nerd rage outburst to something trying to get off the ground... but it would not hurt my feelings if the name changed.
WE may have to chnge the logo and include Missing World Media as part of it.

If you mean this Titan Network then the association is more explicit than implicit, as evidenced by the fact that CoT has its own section on their forum. I'm more than a little baffled why rage would need to enter the equation.

I'm not sure how distasteful you want this conversation to go but... there are people who supported the CoT effort financially who did not support many of the actions of the Titan Network post the announcement of the closure of CoH. I am one of them. To say there was "passion" (borderline rage) on both sides of this issue is an understatement and something I am still trying to avoid. There is a section in this forum entitled Superhero Subculture. That doesn't mean there is an explicit affiliation between this game and what is talked about there. I am baffled as to why such an affiliation is necessary or even desirable. Seems to me MWM would want to be as inclusive as possible.
