It had the word "Girl" in the url, so it produces an error if you click on any link off the page. Why? Not sure, looking into it.

Makes sense. I was getting spam e-mails with the word "bois" in them to get past the same kinds of filters. Then I travelled to Mississippi and my friends tried to get me to go to a restaurant called Petit Bois. I was having none of that. Only later did I discover it was a very good restaurant named after Petit Bois Island, which is French for "little woods"
[hr]I like to take your ideas and supersize them. This isn't criticism, it is flattery. I come with nothing but good will and a spirit of team-building. If you take what I write any other way, that is probably just because I wasn't very clear.
I have no doubt that generically speaking the word "girl" is often used in click-bait. It's just unfortunate something like that would be so deeply buried into a third-party product that you'd have no way to alter that one way or the other.

Well there used to be a chain of barbecue restaurants in the south called "Fat Boys" but most of them closed up 10-15 years ago. I think the only ones that are left were independently owned and were able to hang on. They served decent food but my guess the name probably didn't help them as people started to generally try to eat healthier types of food.
I get that "Fat Boys" doesn't quite have the same "problem" that a place called "Little Boys" would have. Just pointing out that a name really can affect how much business a place can get.

Yes, language familiarity is useful, as well as an eye/ear for slang. Trouble is, the slangsters like to co-opt words and phrases and load all manner of extra meaning on them. Such that, 'stepping out' with someone means a lot more than just going for a walk.

I think it's fine that you can set up any given forum system to flag/prevent certain keywords from appearing. But I think it's specifically silly for this particular forum to be treating the word "girl" like the F-word and it seems to be doubly-silly that the filtering for that single word is apparently so well buried into the system that the folks at MWM apparently can't remove it.
Obviously this issue is not a high priority for immediate fixing but I'm still hoping that one day they'll finally be able to deal with it.
