The Incredibles came out the same year as CoH (2004). Incredibles 2 is due out this summer, with CoT giving a tentative release of some kind this year as well.
I'm just going to go ahead and say what we're all thinking. MWM is staffed with superheroes that have been biding their time to return to the spotlight.

Yes, I find that this coincidence is Incredible, too.
It would of course be more incredible if the full game (not just an open beta) were to launch this year, but I think that's still TBD.
