I know it's a couple years early for actually doing something like this, and it may not ever be practical for CoT, but in a couple years I might not remember to bring it up to find out ^_^.

I'm not sure how much this is costing GW2, or how well their game plays on an iPad Mini, but they are getting their name out there several times a day on the air and online.

I doubt we'll have an advertising budget of a hundred million dollar company.

Probably a lot less than you are thinking...
They could have just sponsered the "game slot" and not the actual prizes that were given away. They could have given both... or for all you know, they could have been *asked* if they wanted to "sponser" the slot by the station themselves (possibly by someone at the station who plays GW2).
If its just one station doing this, the costs will be far lower than if it was a nationwide campaign pulling the same stunt across stations all over the country.
