It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

To purchase your copy of the City of Titans Launcher, visit our store at https://store.missingworldsmedia.com/ A purchase of $50 or more will give you a link to download the Launcher for Windows or Mac based machines.

Accolades and End Game format suggestion

With the end game and max level toons aplenty late in the lifetime of CoH, they tried to rekindle a player's interest to replay these characters with the incarnate system. For the most part it brought my attention back to my beloved main and had me work on refining this character to be the best that he could be.

While I was doing that, a RL friend and I thought up what I think is a great idea to make some toons break past the pack (temporarily) and stand out as an incarnate icon. We wanted to see them incorporate into the incarnate line a mission/TF that would adjust your level +1 to giant monsters and event creatures that had no level. Remember that minions during the Rikti invasion? They were always white to anyone of any level in any zone. Well we wanted to see a Mission/TF that could change that to make the minions blue and the elite boss red (etc), knock em down a peg as it were.

The main idea was as follows. All characters get a "token" to play this mission/TF once as the leader. Only the leader of the mission would be awarded the adjustment if it succeeded. If it failed then the token would be wasted and the leader would have to rebuild the token to try again. The other members on the leaders team would receive a token fragment for a successful completion of the mission. The difficulty for this mission would be set higher than normal (Think Terra Volta when it first came out), making it a actual achievement to obtain and a thing to be proud of. The other way you can gain a trial token was to buy it for real money in the store, however we wanted to make the price of this high so it would discourage this kind of use but it also turned it into a source of revenue for the company.

This would mean that even at high levels players are helping players to achieve goals and in a heroic fashion, it would make the achievement about the team leader and not so much themselves. By helping they would be able to rebuild the token so they too may further their characters late game growth and even enlist the help of the players who they just teamed up with.

The base idea of this can also be translated into any part of the game. I think it would be cool to add one off mission/TF's where "tokens" are needed to run them and the awards can change/enchance your character. Having characters only being able to be claim this power through teamwork and success with access that is rare but repeatable if you fail the first time. Though I would also like to see a solo option as I was a solo player, but it would be tough as @!#*, it would give you bragging rights and a greater sense of achievement if you do it solo

To parallel these ideas to CoH, think on having to do this type of mission to get;
-The Atlas Medalion
-Portal Jockey
-Freedom Phalanx
etc.

I would love to see some incarnation of this idea in the game. Especially the +1 adjustment to set level monsters in the end game. I would of so loved to go to monster island and solo it dry (the initial spark to make this thought BTW). It would also allow the game devs to throw really massive and world changing events at us from time to time to keep the game interesting.
