It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :

At least 16GB of main DRAM.

Accidental, yet awesome

I wanted to know, in previous MMOs, what kinds of antics did you get up to that weren't intentional, but had amazing effects? What thing happened by accident but felt rewarding, profound, funny or just plain awesome?

For me, it has happened twice, but I feel that being part of a large group of flying heroes was great. It wasn't even major, but flying into Atlas Park one day and suddenly I found myself in the middle of a group of other fliers, all keeping pace and almost in formation.

It might seem unimpressive but to me, it felt as close to this image as I could get in a game like this:

I do a DnD Podcast, which can be listened to here.

Additionally, I write up my sessions of a Teen Heroes game here.

I had three episodes of

I had three episodes of unexpected awesome:

Just days after a bought CoV, I met someone and commented about how iconic it was for super-speedsters to run on the surface of the water. This player told me about how difficult it would be to code for one travel power to act one way to a surface while every other travel power would have to ignore it. It just made so much sense. That's when I started having full faith in the Standard Code Rant

As a beginning Stalker, I had another player take me under their wing and they spent about two hours with me. Teaching me the finer points to being a good Stalker

Then, after I started playing CoH, a Tanker saw me playing the archetype and asked me if I was new. Just like the Stalker before him, he spent an afternoon teaching me how to hold aggro and keep my squishies safe.

This was the very best gaming community I've ever played with, and I hope CoT can keep this kind of player to player love alive

Lay your hands on me
While I'm bleeding dry
Break on through blue skies
And take it high

The challenge of building an awesome supergroup base with stacking and using odd things inside other things to create brand new things. It made it a skill to be a master builder (Lego Movie WTF!!!) and really brought out the creativity of the community to show off their bases.

Oh my lord I remember that huge thread full of people building up crazy yet nice looking super group bases. I loved going through that and seeing all the crazy stuff. I tried to learn how to make some of that stuff at one point but it was a lot harder then it looked (at least at that time it did...)

One of my prouder

One of my prouder accomplishments with my base was building an 8x8 Trophy Room (ie. Decorative Room) which featured not only Day & Night in the same room, but also had a colonnade around the outside of it and an upper balcony ring suspended from the ceiling accessed from the far corner of the room via "magic bridging" that was only visible from above and not from below (because of the types of floor tiles used). It was BIG and it was OPEN and it was VAST and it had AMBIANCE that ranged from bright sunlight and blue sky to campfires at twilight and even couches beside reading lamps up in treehouses all the way to full night ... all in the same room!

Pretty much everyone I gave a tour of the base to was just gobsmacked by what it felt like to be in that ginormous room.

And the best part about it was? Total number of objects in the entire room barely topped over 400 when it was complete. It was the biggest room in the entire base, and it had fewer objects than any other room in the base ... and it was PERFECT ...
