So if you're attending PLEASE respond here ASAP! If we expand beyond that, I need to call right away to expand the reservation. As they won't just let people show up.

Okay. Had someone point out to me I brain farted on the date (it felt as if millions of whoopie cushions cried out and were suddenly silenced...)
I've already contacted the Rock Bottom and the date has been corrected to August 1st. Same Bat Time. Same Bat Channel.
