Well, generally, verbs aren't divided into the categories of proper and common as are nouns. So thus, verbs, even when they are formed from a proper noun don't get capitalized.... in general.
But there are always exception to the rules:
1. Verbs do indeed get capitalized in titles.
2. Adjectives and adverbs are not nouns, and yet when they are formed from a proper noun, they do indeed get capitalized. So, why shouldn't that apply to verbs?
3. If a verb is formed from a proper noun and is genericized, e.g., 'to google' meaning 'to search the web' or 'to xerox' meaning to make a copy, then it should be lower case. This is the one thing grammarians agree upon. After all, when proper nouns become genericized, they generally lose their capitalization.
However, if the verb is formed from a proper noun and is specific to that properly named thing, then one can keep the capitalization, e.g., if you mean to use Google to search the web, then you can and maybe should write "to Google"; and if you mean to use a Xerox copy machine to copy something, then "to Xerox" is perfectly fine.

Zombie Man: Another thing to throw in the mix is that unit names taken from people's names are written as common nouns (though the unit abbreviations are still capitalized). So, in electronics at least, we speak of amps and volts and gauss and teslas...

2. Deleted and reloaded Windows 15
3. kicked coffee table.
4. expletive deleted
5. calmed down, laughed meniacly, and used dynamite on rig, desk, and chair.

Ok, your problem there is that you're using windows 15 office edition. It has a bit of code that automatically detects anything that might be considered a game and removes it from the system. If you install the home edition or, if you're an Apple user go for iOS 23 (Rabid Oscelot). That should sort out the problem.
Wait until you see the... nope, that would ruin the surprise.
I think we're entitled for serious compensation for all this downtime.

When is the beta...and where can I sign up?
Beta is over a year away, easily. As of 2 or so months ago, their prospective public launch "date" was early 2016, with perhaps an early opening for backers a month or two prior. I would not expect, nay even hope, to see beta before some time during summer 2015, and that's if [i]everything[/i] goes their way. (<---My best estimate.)
What we probably will be beta testing sooner than the game is that is the costume/character creator, which is something they want to have as a stand-alone program/app to allow our imaginations to start running with what they will be presenting.
Long story short: any sort of beta testing for anything is months away and we just have to muster up the patience to wait for it.

According to the kickstarter, the projected delivery date is November 2015, although granted this is going from the $25 tier (and everything that includes a copy of the game)
The "launch party" is apparently August 2015 ($10,000 tier)
So, just sayin ;)
I know what the Kickstarter says. I thought I remembered reading (on Kickstarter or somewhere else) that all of that was going to be Kickstarter backers specific, and that an actual public version was going to go live just after the new year (2016). But hey, I said it was an estimate, haha.

I FOUND THE SEVER! I just closed my eyes and clicked on the link that read, "Click here to create a new universe where CoT is up and running!". I have seen the future of gaming my brothers and sisters! It is a glorious one.

I ran a remote diagnostic from the Katt-Komputer to the City of Tabbies (CoT) server. Apparently, the CoT server is offline because of a gnawed wire leading from the Actuator to the Framistat.
The Amerikatt Emergency Squad is working 'round the clock to fix the problem, and assure me that they'll have everything up and running ... SOON!

Well, whatever works for you, I guess. If you scrolled down a bit, you'd have seen the link that read "Click here to use an existing universe where CoX is still up and running!" That's what I did. And let me tell you, the ten-year anniversary stuff they've got on the test server... it's not everything, but [i]wow.[/i] Ditching NCSoft was the best decision they ever made.
Mind you, I had to hack the account of the moron who was using my account. Didn't know the password, but I knew all the personal questions so it's all good now. Heck, GO's back in Hero Dawn, and his kid plays, too. It's awesome.
One thing to note, though, if you're reading the patch notes: Flatulence Blast is [b]not[/b] really going to be added; that's an April Fool's joke that got let out early. (heh)

Taking Foradain's hint I tried both a Scottish and a Russian connection to the server. The Scottish connection kept returning a 400 error and with the Russian connection I always ended up in a long queue.

Are you still experiencing this issue? We've moved a couple of VIPs around in irder to accomdate SteamBOX traffic and that triggered a load balancing failure we had not anticipated or encountered in our integration string testing.
Which VIPs are you using? If you've got some Chuck Norris in there and are trying to compensate your load bearing without any Armand Assante... good lord, man!
If you just need to crush some bugs with style, nothing goes over some Vincent Cassel.
