Azoth is grabbed, unable to withdraw her hand in time to escape. As she's dragged legs first, she starts kicking at Jorortis' arm at blinding speed. Her legs are cybernetically enhanced too, and can put out a lot of power - Several kicks a second, each stronger than a human being should be capable of. His hand may be able to take a few shots like that, but I doubt it can survive a barrage. Azoth, of course, will still end up dragged through the wall, covering her head with her arms

"K- Sapphire, Handle mace boy! I'll help Azoth," Tinker yells out, and Sapphire nods, moving toward the entrance.

The problem with destroying the fire hydrant is really the fact that it's already broken - the top came off and it's spurting water everywhere rapidly, flooding the street. Sapphire, of course, being an aquakinetic finds this to be a playground for her, and soon all the flood waters are coalescing into a single huge ball. The point of all this isn't to kill, to drown, or anything like that. It's containment, which can end up far easier than outright killing someone, given the right circumstances. More water will chase after Jourgun, intending to add to his watery prison and hold him there.

Tinker on the other hand, is chasing after Azoth and Jorordis. She'll leave out through the wall the pair took out to the back of the building, where she'll extend her shock baton and attempt to strike Jorordis with it. She doesn't doubt that his cybernetics are EMP hardened, but his human parts should still be vulnerable.

Azoth twists like a cat in midair, and somehow manages to land on all fours, though she goes sprawling and sliding across the parking lot when her foot catches on her low quality cape, tearing it off her neck. It's not a pleasant experience, but she'll hit a car at high speed, knocking her head against it. End result, she's unconscious against a car, and her cape is is halfway between her and Jorortis on the ground, leaving Tinker alone to fight the behemoth.

Her motion predictor is a good thing in a situation like this, though, as it lets her duck the big cyborg's blow. Her HUD is showing an alert, likely about Azoth's condition, but she has the larger problem of Jorortis to deal with. She's not a terribly skilled fighter, but you don't need to be when you can predict what your opponent is about to do, you don't need to be. She'll aim a quick pair of strikes towards Jorortis's knees - the physical blows won't hurt, I'm certain, as she's striking with the power of a normal girl. No super strength here. However, she also happens to be seriously cranking up the output of the electricity - these quick jabs are meant to deliver the electricity, rather than do physical damage, and then she's already moving away from a perceived counterstrike.

Sapphire, on the other hand, is having a bit of a difficult time. Jourgun is effectively countering her power there, so she gives up on trying to contain him with and instead resorts to simply dodging him completely. The water all over her body moves her very fast, and given he has to charge, she'll likely be able to entirely evade Jourgun. She maintains her distance, however, keeping at least a little water on him - surely he can't keep up that heat aura forever, so she keeps pressing him, forcing him to use up more energy than he might want to. Water continues to flow into the room from the fire hydrant outside, covering the floor. This is rapidly becoming more and more of the aquakinetic's field.

Tinker barely manages to move out of the way of the mace - she seems surprised by the sudden change in tactics, but it's hard to tell behind that motorcycle helmet, "So, you wanna play too?" Tinker says, a hint of amusement in her voice, "I was hoping I could finish with the big guy first, but you'll do nicely too." It's grandstanding, really. A trained warrior can see from her stance that she's nervous, and inexperienced. She has lots of tricks, but she's not a great fighter at the end of the day. Tinker realizes this, and thinks maybe she should take a few martial arts lessons - for now, though, she's in a real fight.

Jorortis' blast of cold will be met with a sudden surge of water, building a wall of ice instead of simply freezing the ground. He's going to have to chip through that if he wants to take on Sapphire. Of course, he can hear rushing water from the other side, but it's unclear what the aquakinetic is doing.

When Jorortis gets through the barrier of ice, he'll find something wrong - specifically, Sapphire is gone. She used the distraction of the pair of heroes swapping out to to escape, rather than prepare an attack.

Tinker stands warily, unsure of what to make of the cape movements. Her HUD is giving her mixed signals about it, and she rapidly adjusts the program to compensate. To Jourgun, it'll look like she's standing still, unable or unwilling to act.

One can still hear the rushing of water, but that might just be the fire hydrant out in front of the building.

The fire hydrant is frozen! Yaaaaaaaaay. No more giving an aquakinetic ammo.

Tinker, between trying to recalibrate her motion predictor and being inexperienced, will only have a split second to react - in which she turns the wrong way. Jourgun's kick will catch her in the back and send her sprawling onto the pavement of the parking lot.

And then, Jourgun will likely find himself drenched. Again.

Sapphire, rather than pausing to take down the cyborg, started to enact the team's escape plan. She took all her water and crossed over the top of the building rather than through, and now the mass of water is crashing over her injured teammates. It'll pick them up, and then Jougun will find that the water recedes of its own volition, following the one commanding it and the two girls she has in tow... and a surprising number of safety deposit boxes. She'll move down the street, down alleyways - a person with a knowledge of directions will realize she's heading in the direction of one of the city's many rivers

The flying mace strikes Sapphire in the leg, and one can see her cry out in pain, though it's muffled by the water. She's a determined girl, though, so hurt leg or not, She moves forward. It's sapping her concentration though, and the whole torrent of water slows down.

That isn't to say it's going slowly, and that doesn't mean they're easy targets to hit now. In particular Tinker - also unaware of the similarly named hero - is extending her hands upward, her palms glowing. The reason becomes clear when the first of the hero's blasts strike an invisible dome - her palms have force-field projectors on them. low grade, so they probably couldn't withstand a kinetic impact, but cold, heat, and electricity? Oh certainly.

The river is in sight now. They would have made it there this round if not for Sapphire's injury, but nothing short of outright taking down Sapphire will stop them now.

The sonar tracker will be able to tell where they are fairly quickly, but it's a fuzzy thing due to all the mud that's been kicked up. One thing it should be able to note, however, is that the girls are treading underwater in an odd way - each of them has a small bubble of air around their heads to allow them to breathe beneath the water, something of a clever application. If the probe follows them, it'll be fairly clear what direction they're headed in too - down towards the bay. The question, of course, becomes 'why are they going towards the bay?' Perhaps their lair is there. Perhaps not. The three of them are saying things to each other that the sonar may be able to pick up, but unfortunately it's so garbled by going from air to water and through mud that it's next to impossible for the probe to understand. Reasonably they shouldn't be able to hear each other, but as a gadgeteer, Tinker Belle will probably understand they're using earpieces.

"I told you the cape was a bad idea." Tinker says to Azoth, "Entire reason I was fighting the cyborg alone, and why the mace guy was able to fight me."

"But I looked so good in it!" she says back, waving empathically, "It's-"

"NO. NO CAPES."

Sapphire simply laughs, still high on adrenlaine. They'll be hurting in the morning, but they made it away with everything - the deposit boxes, the bank's electronic funds, and no long lasting injuries. Sure, they all took a few hits, but who's in this business didn't?

About an hour later, the three girls crawl out of the bay and up onto the beach. They're all exhausted, and Sapphire needs support to walk. They prepared this little spot with a change of clothes, given the escape plan they eventually went with required them all to get their costumes drenched. As they're changing back into civvies, Tinker says, "we did it. All the money, all the boxes we came in for, everything. I don't think that could have gone better for us, given the circumstances." Tinker is a slim girl, plain featured. She bears freckles, wavy red hair, and a pair of large round glasses. her body is kinda scrawny, and she has no real curves to show off, even without the biking leathers concealing her.

"I get that Erin, but I hope you know I'm still going to sleep for a week." Sapphire, or Kyra, says, "That ass with the mace really did a number on my leg." She's perhaps the most conventionally attractive of the three - her body is curvy, the sort a model might like to have, and her features are the sort one might call beautiful. Her brown hair is short, however, and her expression is severe.

"Yes, we know. You're pretty heavy." Azoth says, "We'll just get the med droid to take a look at it." Azoth A.K.A. Sam, is the youngest of the three at eighteen years old. She hides her cybernetic limbs with long pants, gloves, a sweater, and heavy boots. She has an athletic build, wiry, "Erin, I know you wanted to see your mom, but I think we should get some sleep first. Maybe these bigass bruises will go away after some rest, and we can't have doctors asking what happened."

Erin rubs her head, "Yeah, you're right. Let's get some sleep." she reaches into a pocket and pulls out a small controller, clicks a button on it, and a wooden platform raises out of the sand, "Whenever I see that it's wood, I feel like an idiot. First thing I'm buying, enough metal for my projects."

As they all step onto the platform, "Dad should have everything you need at the junkyard." Sam says, going through calibrations for the limbs that were damaged in the fighting.

And then the platform descends into the sand.
