Please read the current update for instructions on downloading the latest update. Players with Mac versions of the game will not be affected, but you will have a slightly longer wait for your version of the new maps. Please make a copy of your character folder before running the new update, just to make sure you don't lose any of your custom work.
It looks like we can give everyone a list of minimum specs for running City of Titans. Please keep in mind that this is 'for now' until we are able to add more graphics and other system refinements. Currently you will need :
Windows 10 or later required; no Intel integrated graphics like UHD, must have AMD or NVIDIA card or discrete chipset with 4Gb or more of VRAM
At least 16GB of main DRAM.
These stats may change as we continue to test.

PBS is "Public Broadcasting System" and refers to... non-commercial television. Basically stations that are funded by grants and donations.

It's a U.S. thing. Back in the Bad Old Days of the Twentieth Century it was nearly the only way to watch Doctor Who, stateside. Not sure if any of them are shown on cable outside of their local areas.

My Dear Friends:
I guess I should explain my absence and lack of posting. I have been diagnosed with both liver and colon cancer. In 2 weeks I have a consultation, at a specialist hospital 90 minutes from my town. I will then be undergoing chemo most likely first for my liver, and then they will deal with the colon once the liver is healed. So I expect the next 4 months of my life to be the hardest fight I will ever face.
But I am ready.
I have tons of support, both through friends and family who are medical professionals, and through a support group I began on Facebook, privately from my friends. And I plan on beating this, no matter how much they cut out of me... I have lost a lot of muscle mass, so right now before the consultation, I am working on pumping up my health...
Suffice it to say, I went on vacation to DC for the first time ever 2 weeks ago, and of the 7 days, I could only stay on my feet for 4 of them. The last afternoon when I got off the shuttle bus in my town, to walk to my car, I felt like Night of the Walking Dead... I barely got to it, I was so weak. My wife made me go to the ER that night, at which after some blood work they found out my hemoglobin level was 44.
It should be between 80 and 150 for a normal adult. (It IS now back to a normal level, and I am taking meds for it)
But every doctor and nurse I spoke to said,
" It's a miracle you could walk at all, you should have had a stroke or a heart attack, or plain just be dead... "
I turned a lot of heads in bewilderment. SO apparently my heart is very good, my lungs are very good, and because I am young, a non drinker or smoker, I have a more than fair chance to survive this.
I have heard tons of success stories since then, of people in remission for 3, 6, 8, and 12 years. One such survivor was 87.
Anyway, my attitude is a great part of my battle, and I am keeping mine up more and more everyday, because of the love and support I have of my wife, Diane and all our extended family here in Canada. I could not ask for a better bunch of cheerleaders. But alas, my energy levels aren't back to normal yet, as I spent a week in hospital being poked and prodded. But I am getting stronger, every day. And finding more and more hope.
Wherever your loved ones are, please hold them, and tell them how much you care. Life is too short. Thank you all so much for the grace, humor, and joy you have given me as a part of this community. I miss it so, and I do plan to return... and there will be free art bombs left and right. But for now, I must be away...
My love to Dee Dee & Christopher Robin, whom I consider to be family. I will add Dee Dee to my personal support group and ask her to update people as she deems necessary, though I would never ask you to be my secretary. But when the good news comes, I am sure she will beat me to it, posting that news here.

gah...words failing. suffice to say, keep your spirits up, as I know you will! it is, obviously, a very trying time for yourself and your family but I believe that you will not only kill...err..."arrest"...this and come out all the stronger for it! if you should need anything, name it, and I will do what I can to make it happen. I will miss ya to be sure and I will be one very happy camper once you are able to return!

I'm saddened that you were given such earth shattering news Bobby. You have always been a stand-up person and brought a lot of happiness and made bunch of dreams come true here in the forums. I have no doubt that the universe/God is going to be in your corner as well as all the wonderful friends you have made and your loving family will be through with you during the whole ordeal. I'm glad you're putting up the good fight Bobby, always knew the guy who created lady justice had to be one tough son of a gun. I wish you and your family the best. You're a real hero Bobby and you're gonna overcome this.

Surgery went well and he is now recovering from that (and even drawing a bit). When the scars heal, he will be back to chemo, not sure how many, to shrink my 2 masses in his liver enough for his operation, which at this point could be late Summer.. he's not too worried about it, since a) He will be unconscious, and b) He is still on this new surgeon's list, which brings him hope.[/color][/b][/size][/font]

Best wishes and lots of positive thoughts for Bobby! My spouse fought breast cancer and is doing well (minus some parts, plus some parts) a year and a half later. It's rough, and everyone's journey (patient or his/her loved ones) is different, but there is a lot they can do to put people on the road to health again. I hope your journey gets you all to a place (or places) where you want to be.

It looks like all of Bobby's pictures have gone poof, but I still have mine!
I had gotten some delightful free art of my main character from DeeDee, when Bobby volunteered to paint someone. I waited a bit, but when nobody else spoke up, I offered another character of mine. Bobby's response was stunning.

When I finally stopped gibbering my thanks, the character discussions turned to others and I was talking about my Valkyrie... well, I had forgotten that Bobby also liked Valkyries, I'd seen his previous sketches and drawings of his own. We fell to talking about the myths and legends and our interpretations of them, but it wasn't until Bobby asked who would play my character, in a movie, that I realized something was up.

lastly, while he did not do tis pic (it was done by ImagesbyAlex) it does have LJ front and center in the fight...it is one of my all time favs of the pieces I have ever commissioned.

He was a great artist and a great friend. The last thing he did was donate to my wife's cancer fund. I will make sure Lady Justice is always protecting Titan City.
